Why are my tickets not visible?

A:  When you set up tickets, you are required under the “ticket options” tab to put in a sale start date and a sell until date and times for both.  Your sale start date may be incorrect, or your sell until date may have expired. Make sure that these dates are correct.

You must also have purchased the ticket package in your contract to be able to use the ticketing feature.

Make sure that on the Auction Manager, settings wheel, info tab, that the “enable ticket sales” box is checked.
